  • Join us at the beautiful Hilton Tokyo Odaiba Hotel for 3 days of conference.

  • Gala dinner at Happo-En, where you will be immersed in Japanese culture through traditional gardens, architecture, culinary techniques, art and music.

  • Social dinner at Gon Pachi, host to international dignitaries, and backdrop to Hollywood movies.

  • Saturday afternoon cultural tour of Asakusa, one of Tokyo’s historic districts returning by 18:00.

Fees include conference meetings, lunches, dinners events, and tours.  Members are responsible for all additional charges including accommodations, in-room charges, etc.

Early-bird rates for payments received by 28 February:

Payments after 28 February:

Delegates     €1325     Companions     €1050

No refunds for cancellations will be issued after 28 February.

Note: The best airport to access the conference venue is Haneda, but due to size may have more limited flight that those arriving at Narita Airport.
