On November 30, 2018, SJR in Scandinavia (SJR, ticker: SJRB:SS), announced its acquisition of Women Executive Search Sweden AB (WES). WES is a recruitment specialist with focus on increasing diversity in the business community. WES was founded in 2011 by Anna Stenberg and is co-owned by Anna Stenberg (45%), Liv Gorosch (45%) and Nusin Cilgin (10%), whom all will continue to work at WES post-acquisition. The consideration consists of a cash component as well as a share issue of SJR B-shares. Jarl Securities acted as sole financial advisor to the sellers.
