USA Insulation (“USAâ€), founded in 1985, is a leading provider of premium foam insulation products to the residential market place. USA operates both company-owned as well as franchised locations throughout the U.S. The Company is also unique in that it provides its customers with its own unique, proprietary foam formulation through its exclusive manufacturing operations. MelCap Partners served as USA’s exclusive investment banker and financial advisor in the business. As a result, USA was sold to The Riverside Company’s new trade services franchise platform called Threshold Brands. Through Threshold Brands, Riverside is building a premier trade services platform initially comprised of five businesses. Partnering with Riverside and Threshold Brands will allow USA to accelerate its growth trajectory and provide expanded offerings to its customer base. In addition, and as a vote of confidence in the combined businesses, Pat and Aaron will also be partners and investors in Threshold Brands with Riverside.
