Auctus Capital Partners is pleased to announce its role as advisor to True Velocity, supporting the composite ammunition technology and manufacturing company in securing $30,000,000 debt financing to expand production capacity and better meet growing demand. Funding was provided by Silver Peak Partners and the transaction was led by Auctus’ CFO and Managing Director John Dilatush.

True Velocity has supplied the U.S. Armed Forces and is currently in the selection process for the Next Generation Squad Weapon (NGSW). The ammunition will be available for law enforcement Allied nations and is currently commercially available via direct-to-consumer, wholesale, and retail channels.
Since its founding in 2010, True Velocity has secured more than 340 patents pending or issued on its products, technology, and manufacturing processes. The company’s 100 employees have more than 200 years of combined military service and are experts in manufacturing, engineering, and quality control. All products are manufactured in the U.S. in a state-of-the-art 66,000-square-foot facility, including .50 BMG, .338 NORMA MAG, 7.62 NATO, .308 WIN, 6.8 TVCM, 6.5 CREEDMOOR and 5.56 NATO calibers.

The transaction enables the client to pursue more innovation and expand its manufacturing capabilities to meeting growing demand.
