Trablisa – Transportes Blindados S.A. has completed the acquisition of a majority stake in the private security company Esegur – Empresa de Segurança S.A. The transaction was closed in September 2022.
This acquisition will underpin Trablisa´s strategic positioning and integrated offering to its clients in Iberia, is a steppingstone in the continuing internationalization of the Group, with operations now in Spain, Mexico, and Portugal and a commitment to becoming a leading global supplier of comprehensive security solutions.
