The Surgical Company, a Dutch group specialised in the distribution of medical devices, acquired a majority stake in the capital of Axess Vision Technology, a French company, specialized in the development, production and marketing of innovative products in the medical equipment field, and in particular, in the high potential segment of disposable endoscopes. The Surgical Company and Axess Vision Technology were represented by Globalscope members Strategique and Atout Capital respectively in this transaction.
