Mr. Zorenč sold 100% of Termoplast Grupa shares to Greiner Packaging International, a leading European player in the plastic packaging industry. As a result of this transaction, Greiner Packaging International will overtake 100% of ownership in Greiner Packaging Slovenia, 100% of Greiner Packaging Serbia and 51% of Greiner Packaging JP (Serbia).
