Laugfs Gas PLC (a subsidiary of Laugfs Holding Limited) completed the sale of Laugfs Gas (Bangladesh), its Bangladesh based subsidiary involved in the marketing, logistics and distribution of liquified petroleum gas (LPG). Laugfs Gas Bangladesh was sold to a Hong Kong based energy trading group for USD 23.4 million.
