Pirola Corporate Finance acted as exclusive advisor on the transaction, primarily assisting Renzi Alberto with planning activities supporting the operational management of contracts and related investments. In addition, it supported the shareholders in connection with the corporate reorganization within the framework of the mortis causa succession of the late founder Alberto Renzi (who passed away recently), as well as in the negotiation and commercial aspects, providing direct support in the preparation and coordination of due diligence activities.
