ReLife Group, participated by Xenon Private Equity, signed an agreement with its shareholders to purchase 100% of General Packaging, one of Italy’s leading manufacturers of corrugated cardboard sheets and boxes, more than 80% of which are made from recycled paper. PCF acted as the sole and exclusive advisor in view of the tight relationship with both the buyer and seller.
