Highview Capital acquired Jobbers Meat Packing Co. (doing business as WilMar) through its portfolio company, Randall Foods. Jobbers Meat Packing Co. will merge with Randall Foods. The combined company should generate significant synergies and be able to offer customers a broader range of products. Following the close of the transaction, Marty Evanson, Jobbers CEO and Founder, plans to retire with the remaining management team continuing with Jobbers.
