Buchholtz & Company, have advised their client, a reputable global aviation firm based in the USA, on the completion of the acquisition of data and intellectual property assets of a UK-based corporation.
Operating across multiple jurisdictions, the client firm will now be in a position to expand its reach to customers in the EMEA.
