Based in Boulogne-Billancourt (Paris), La Maison Bleue is a French daycare group headed by Sylvain Forestier, the company’s founder and majority shareholder since its creation in 2004. Two other strong shareholders support the group in its organic and external growth : “BPI France” and “TowerBrook”.
The company now has +/- 500 crèches in its network, and welcomes +/- 20,000 children every day in its childcare facilities.
Implementing a strong organic growth with the acquisition of “Rockids Group” in 2017, and opening of around 20 new crèches each year, La Maison Bleue continues to expand, and announces the acquisition of the “Mini Maya Group”, a group of crèches in Luxembourg, which welcomes around 130 children every day in a secure environment dedicated to children’s development.
