Aventis Advisors provided buy-side advisory to Spyrosoft on its acquisition of MD Consulting & Informationsdienste GmbH, a German IT consulting and software development company founded in 1991, working extensively with Germany’s public sector as an authorized Oracle and Microsoft partner. Aventis analyzed the competitive market landscape, surfaced actionable M&A opportunities, engaged a diverse pool of potential targets and supported Spyrosoft through all phases of the transaction to closing. The acquisition strengthens Spyrosoft’s position in the DACH region, which already generates about a quarter of the group’s revenue, and supports its strategy to expand in Germany and gain better access to public procurement projects.
