Carlsquare advised Mayfair Equity Partners (a London-based technology and consumer focussed private equity investor with £1.8 billion in AUM) on its majority stake acquisition in Jonckers. This is the second transaction on which Carlsquare has advised Mayfair in the last 18 months, following their $41m growth equity investment in EGYM, expanding the partnership between the two firms.
