SORTIS Invest advised Lexham Capital Partners, a London-based secondaries fund manager, on the successful GBP 18.65 million (EUR 21.5 million) fundraising for Lexham Special Opportunities I LP, which was completed on 28 August 2025. As part of the transaction, SORTIS Invest introduced and secured participation from Bulgarian investors.

Lexham Special Opportunities I LP is a Guernsey-based investment vehicle focused on acquiring minority stakes in high-quality technology companies through secondary transactions. The Fund acquired minority positions in six technology companies from IP Group, a leading UK-listed investor and developer of innovative technology businesses.

The portfolio companies represent a diversified exposure to clean technology, deep technology, advanced mobility and life sciences:
• Bramble Energy – a UK-based clean technology company developing innovative hydrogen fuel cell systems, focused on cost-efficient, scalable solutions for next-generation energy applications.
• Nexeon – a leading developer of advanced silicon-based anode materials designed to significantly improve the performance and energy density of lithium-ion batteries for electric vehicles and energy storage.
• Oxa Autonomy – a UK-based autonomous driving software company delivering modular, hardware-agnostic autonomy solutions for industrial, logistics and on-road mobility applications.
• Oxford Nanopore Technologies – a London-listed biotechnology company pioneering nanopore-based DNA and RNA sequencing technologies used across research, clinical diagnostics and applied markets, where rapid and accurate genetic analysis delivers direct practical and commercial value.
• Paragraf – a deep-tech company commercialising graphene-based electronic devices using standard semiconductor manufacturing processes for sensors and advanced electronics.
• Tissue Regenix Group – a medical technology company listed on the London Stock Exchange, specialising in regenerative biomaterials and tissue regeneration solutions for orthopaedic, wound care and surgical applications.
