Portofino served as the exclusive investment banker in a structured financing transaction which includes an equity investment of NIS 45 million by Leumi Partners, based on a pre-money valuation of NIS 420 million, alongside a NIS 45 million loan facility. In addition, Leumi Partners was granted investment options to invest an additional NIS 55 million in equity, bringing the total potential investment and financing to NIS 145 million.
