Tenzing Partners advised Luxembourg-based S+B Inbau in building their new alliance with Luxembourg’s biggest construction and real estate company Félix Giorgetti.
The directors of both companies officialized their partnership last Friday 1st of March in presence of all S+B Inbau collaborators.
Since 1998, S+B Inbau sàrl has made a name for itself in Luxembourg and abroad as a specialist for interior fitting and cooling ceilings. S+B Inbau employs 95 people.
The company will continue to operate independently under the management of current shareholders Daniel Hack, Christian Wolff and Dirk Eppers.
For more than 20 years, the two entities have built up a relationship of trust and have worked together on emblematic Félix Giorgetti projects. This alliance will reinforce the creation of synergies within the Giorgetti Group.
Tenzing Partners, M&A Specialist in Luxembourg since 2007, was retained as the exclusive financial advisor by the shareholders of S+B Inbau, due to their strong familiarity with strategic/financial players in the construction sector.
