On December 20th, the two companies Trifork and IBE AG announced the signing of a partnership. Within this partnership, both Trifork and IBE will closely work together in the future development of IBE’s online learning and -testing platforms.
Within the scope of this collaboration, Trifork will acquire a majority stake in IBE AG as of fiscal year 2023.
IFBC accompanied the founder and sole owner of IBE AG as exclusive financial advisor in the preparation of the transaction as well as during the entire sell-side process.
In a first phase, possible strategic options were reviewed with the owner and the transaction was prepared. During the implementation of the transaction, IFBC as the M&A advisor developed the transaction structure and accompanied IBE AG in the due diligence process as well as contract negotiations.
