TESEOS’s rationale for were three-fold in closing this acquisition (on July 10th 2024), first they were expanding their nationwide presence in the northern part of the country, secondly consolidating their energy-transition strategy towards more sustainable technologies (i.e. C. Schanen’s growing sales of heat-pumps), thirdly acquiring an SME featuring highly-sought after HVAC skills.
The seller’s aspirations were driven by securing his firm’s continuity with seasoned / hands-on owners and by offering positive outlook for his employees, clients and suppliers.
