HCM Investment (SPC) and Odin Partners (SPC) acquired convertible bond (CB) of EID, which is listed in KRX (Korea Exchange). EID issued USD 8.7 million of CB for its new business development in IoT sector. H-Partners Korea managed from deal brokerage to fundraising for EID.
