Pirola Corporate Finance assisted the shareholders of Garc Holding in structuring and negotiating a partnership between its subsidiary Garc Ambiente S.p.A., a company based in Carpi (Modena) specializing in environmental and redevelopment services for the industrial sector, and Kalps, an industrial holding company. The transaction involved the sale to Kalps of a stake in Garc Ambiente S.p.A. and a simultaneous capital increase for the Emilia-based company. Kalps now owns a 60% stake, while the remaining 40% is held by the shareholders of Garc Holding. The company will continue to be led by Chairman Claudio Saraceni and CEO Andrea Grillenzoni.
