Pirola Corporate Finance assisted the shareholders of Garc Holding in structuring and negotiating a partnership between its subsidiary Garc Ambiente S.p.A., a Carpi (Modena)-based company specializing in environmental and industrial remediation services, and Kalps, an industrial investment holding company. The transaction involved the sale of a stake in Garc Ambiente S.p.A. to Kalps, alongside a capital increase in the Emilia-based company. Kalps now owns a 60% stake, while the remaining 40% is held by the shareholders of Garc Holding. The company will continue to be led by Chairman Claudio Saraceni and CEO Andrea Grillenzoni.
