The holding company formed by global private equity fund CVC Capital Partners and EMMA Capital Group acquired 100% of the shares in FoxPost, a Hungarian company specializing in the delivery of goods ordered online through its network of self-service parcel lockers.
Heal Partners and Carlsquare acted as financial advisors to the owners of FoxPost in relation to the sale.
