On 9. October 2026, Energie Zürichsee Linth AG (EZL) announced two transactions. The existing managing directors of MZ Sanitär + Heizung AG and Lampert + Walker AG are taking over their respective EZL subsidiaries as part of management buyouts (MBOs). There will be no immediate changes for employees, customers, or business partners.
Martin Roth, Chairman of the Board of EZL: “IFBC provided us with highly competent support during both management buyouts. We are convinced that this step offers an optimal foundation for future growth for all parties involved.”
With this sale, EZL is sharpening its strategic focus. At the same time, the two subsidiaries can continue to develop independently under their current leadership. Expertise, customer relationships, and operational responsibility thus remain in the hands of the existing managing directors.
