Multinational packaging company Greiner Packaging has acquired 100% shares of Alwag, a Serbia-based manufacturer of polyethylene terephthalate (PET ) flakes. Alwag will operate under the name Greiner Recycling and is the first recycling company in Greiner Packaging’s portfolio.
