In order to finance further growth the shareholders of EVUlution approved a capital increase on 27. June 2022. In addition ewz, the electricity utility of the city of Zurich, took a stake in EVUlution AG and becomes a new co-shareholder. At the same time, EVUlution is acquiring smart grid solutions AG from ewz and further expanding its product and service portfolio and its technological lead in the field of modern smart metering systems and comprehensive grid management solutions. The transaction enables the company to offer a wide range of system solutions from a single source to its energy utility and infrastructure operating customers and is thus making an important contribution to the successful management of the energy transition.
