Eurogroup Laminations completed the acquisition of the shares representing 100% of the share capital of DS4 S.r.l., a company based in Pedrengo (BG), specialising in the creation of high-tech automation systems.
DS4 is an Italian company founded in 1996 that, through a combination of engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics, mechanics and electronics skills, develops and implements tailor-made solutions that meet production efficiency requirements for national and international customers.
The transaction will enable Eurogroup Laminations to acquire strategic industrial automation skills that are crucial to support the growth envisaged in the business plan, and will provide DS4 with access to Eurogroup’s established platform of know-how and customers.
