Portofino Investments acted as exclusive advisor to Eldar Group, which has signed a definitive agreement to merge its urban renewal activity into Radco Urban Renewal Ltd., following a binding term sheet signed in May 2026. Under the transaction, Eldar will inject its NIS 50 million urban renewal project portfolio into Radco and invest an additional NIS 100 million in the company, in exchange for a 60% controlling stake, while Radco’s existing shareholders will retain the remaining 40%. Following closing, the parties intend to pursue an IPO of the combined company on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange.
