Dental Holding, a portfolio company of Abris Capital Partners, has acquired Sanitaria Dental, one of Croatia’s leading distributors of dental supplies, and SCL Logistika, a company specialized in logistics services tailored to dental and medical industries. GRUBISIC KRESIC Corporate Finance acted as the exclusive financial advisor to the management and shareholder of Sanitaria Dental and SCL Logistika in the transaction process.
The transaction marks Dental Holding’s sixth investment in the dental sector and reinforces its strategy to consolidate the regional market and expand its footprint across Central and Eastern Europe. Following the acquisitions, the group will operate in five countries and anticipates revenues exceeding EUR 110 million in 2025. The founders and management teams of the acquired companies will continue to lead operations, ensuring continuity and supporting future growth.
