MelCap Partners, LLC successfully represented Falcon Transport Co. in the sale of the business in order to provide the Shareholders with an exit strategy, while ensuring that the Company would continue to operate, grow, and provide reliable trucking and transportation services to its customer base. MelCap implemented a multi-step approach designed to help the Shareholders reach their stated goals and objectives. This process provided the Shareholders with the desired exit strategy, as well as continued support for the Company’s strategic growth plans. The Company was ultimately sold to CounterPoint Capital Partners, a successful private equity firm located in Los Angeles, CA.
