Ithaca Asset Management completed a COP 20 billion capital investment in CFC Cafarcol, a Colombian manufacturer and provider of specialized primary packaging solutions for the pharmaceutical, cosmetics, food and beverage, and industrial sectors
The investment will provide the Company with the capital required to deploy its manufacturing facility, expand production capacity, and support its next stage of growth. Heritage Financial Advisors identified and introduced Ithaca Asset Management as a strategic investor, actively participated in the structuring of the transaction, and advised the process through its successful closing. Heritage collaborated with Deloitte on the mandate.
