Liberdade Capital acted as the exclusive sell-side advisor of the transaction for the acquisition of two golf courses and over 100,000 sqm in Herdade da Aroeira.
Arrow Financial, through Norfin its real estate management platform in Portugal, has acquired 100% of the units of a Special Real Estate Investment Fund, which holds assets located in Herdade da Aroeira, in Setúbal.
The portfolio includes land for residential and tourist projects. The land acquired covers a total area of 102,256 sqm, of which there is a project that foresees the construction of about 29,900 sqm above ground: 247 units – 210 for tourist use and 37 for residential use, including an aparthotel with about 150 units and various amenities (restaurant, bar, spa, and gym, among others).
There are also two 18-hole golf courses, a driving range, Club House with restaurant, kids club and a commercial space currently in operation.
