Pegasus Capital advised CHM on its signed sale to Erisbeg, a Dublin-based private equity firm with a strong track record of supporting the growth of Irish SMEs across multiple sectors. Since its establishment in 2017, Erisbeg has completed twenty-eight investments and has built a reputation for enabling significant growth in its investee companies, both organically and through strategic M&A activity.
This partnership with Erisbeg will provide CHM with the resources and support to further its growth initiatives across both the UK and Ireland.
Completion of the deal is subject to regulatory approval from the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission.
