ABC Company S.p.A. Società Benefit , an advisory firm and permanent capital vehicle listed on Euronext Growth Milan’s professional segment (“EGM PRO”), acquired a majority stake in Tensotend S.r.l. (“Tensotend”) a leading company active in the production, sale, and rental of tensile structures and marquees for events and industrial use.
The deal aims to build an integrated industrial platform positioned to become Italy’s leader in temporary structures for events, trade fairs, sports, fashion, and industrial applications.
