On 13 September 2022, AMAG Group announced the acquisition of the business unit Helion, which specializes in photovoltaic systems, heat pumps and e-mobility, from Bouygues E&S InTec Schweiz AG. With the acquisition of Helion, Switzerland’s leading car importer has gained access to new business areas, significantly expanding its own range of products and services in the area of electromobility. In the future, customers will be offered comprehensive, all-in-one solutions that include not only the electric vehicle itself, but also consulting, planning, installation and maintenance of photovoltaic systems, power storage solutions and charging stations. IFBC acted as financial advisor to AMAG in this acquisition.
