Liberdade Capital acted as sell-side advisor in the sale process of a building located in Santos, Lisbon, with an approved license to build a hotel with 70 rooms.
The asset was bought by Mercan Capital Ltd., as a further step in the expansion of their hospitality portfolio in Portugal supported by their very successful Portugal Golden Visa Program.
