Beijing HRS

Beijing HRS was founded in 2003. The HRS is the abbreviation of “Highly Recommended Solutions” which use in China for M&A investment consulting. The three major founders are all come from the United States and local China. Jeffrey Zhao is a senior expert in M&A and one of early founders of Globalscope Partners. He was also a member of the well-known M&A group on Wall Street in early 1990’s. James Gao is an expert of M&A on the PE & VC for more than 20 years. Jack Hu is engaged in the Private & International Investment Banking Consulting since 2005.
