Carlsquare advised majority shareholder AUCTUS and the remaining shareholders (including management) on the sale of wellyou to Basic-Fit. The transaction is subject to customary regulatory approvals and is currently expected to complete in Q3 2026. The acquisition strengthens Basic-Fit’s presence in Northern Germany and supports its continued expansion across the German market from 74 owned clubs to 115 owned clubs. Currently, Basic-Fit operates 52 Basic-Fit branded clubs alongside 22 clever fit owned clubs in Germany.
