The Stonhard Group, which operates in the field of high-performance systems for flooring, wall coverings, and continuous surfaces, has acquired 100% of Pava Resine, an Italian company specializing in flooring, protective coatings, waterproofing, and surface hardeners.
The acquisition was completed by the Stonhard Group through its holding company, RPM Europe Holdco, which acquired 100% of Pava Resine from Pava Holding—a vehicle controlled by Luca Bernardi—and from Emanuele Lemesin. The two founders will continue to lead the company alongside the Stonhard Group’s management team, supporting its development and expansion within the new organizational structure. With this transaction, Pava Resine becomes part of the RPM International Inc. group, which has been active for over a century in high-performance flooring systems, wall coatings, and industrial linings.
