Corbett Keeling advised Arishta on its acquisition of Care at Home Group Limited, a domiciliary care provider operating across the north west of England, including Cheshire, Warrington and Manchester.

The acquisition was funded through growth capital secured from Arishta’s funding partner, Growth Lending, and marks another decisive step in its buy and build strategy to create a leading national healthcare platform spanning both residential and in-home care. It follows Arishta’s acquisition of A & R Care Limited in July 2025.
