Bagira Systems, an Israeli defense technology company specializing in advanced military training and simulation systems, recently completed an Initial Public Offering (IPO), raising approximately NIS 855 million (~$300 million). The offering included approximately $70 million of primary proceeds to the company and approximately $230 million of secondary shares sold by existing shareholders. The IPO was completed at a pre-money valuation of approximately ~$1.1 billion and attracted strong demand from leading Israeli institutional investors.
