Over the course of the event, members exchanged perspectives on market conditions, explored sector-specific opportunities, and strengthened working relationships across regions.
A Strategic Setting in Latin America
Santiago provided a compelling setting for the Spring Conference. As one of Latin America’s leading financial centers, the city offers a dynamic M&A environment supported by strong institutions, global connectivity, and a growing international outlook.
Its blend of modern infrastructure and cultural depth created a suitable backdrop for both structured discussions and informal exchanges among members.
Conference Program and Exchange
The conference program combined plenary sessions, sector-focused discussions, and interactive formats designed to encourage practical insight-sharing. Highlights included the Owners’ Roundtable Discussion, observer presentations, and sessions covering key sectors such as TMT, Consumer, Energy Transition, Business & Financial Services, Industrials, and Life Sciences.
Additional discussions addressed topics such as the impact of geopolitical developments on M&A, the application of artificial intelligence in advisory firms, and strategies to enhance collaboration across the network.
A session by Alfredo Ergas, our guest speaker and an experienced corporate executive and board member, who contributed significantly to the value of the conference program with his presentation, provided further perspective on regional markets and cross-border investment dynamics.
As with previous Globalscope conferences, much of the value emerged through conversations outside the formal agenda, reinforcing the importance of trust, collaboration, and long-term relationships within the network.
Social Program and Cultural Experience
The social program allowed delegates to experience Santiago’s character and hospitality. A welcome reception at the conference venue set the tone for the event, followed by a gala dinner at Viña Santa Carolina, one of Chile’s most historic wineries.
The program concluded with a social dinner hosted by Diego Mora and his team at Mora Limitada, offering a more informal setting for continued interaction and networking among members.
