Osprey Capital was engaged by the shareholders to run a full sale process for Terragen Solar. TerraGen Solar is a leading North American provider of rooftop solar racking systems. Osprey Capital reached out to a broad market, resulting in a successful transaction whereby the shareholders were able to liquidate a majority of their position in the company while maintaining meaningful equity as the business continues to grow. The business was purchased by a Canadian private equity firm.
