Telme, a manufacturer of machinery for pastry shops, ice cream parlors, bars, restaurants, and hotels, has been acquired by the holding company F4, owned by the Faelli family, a historic family from the Lodi area active in the industrial and engineering sectors through the company Tecnim. The transaction is part of a new strategy aimed at creating an independent national player in the ice cream and pastry sector, capable of acting as a consolidating platform in a growing industry.
