record of serving publicly traded and large privately held insurance brokers through its lead
generation services. Additionally, its call center offerings support clients across multiple industries.
Notably, the top three clients in both the Lead Generation and Call Center segments have
consistently contributed to revenue over the past several years, reflecting long-standing relationships
and dependable income streams.

3-Pronged Growth Strategy – The Company has a thoughtful, robust strategy with three core
tenets: 1.) A new line of business, an agency/brokerage business, within Medicare Advantage to
fundamentally improve unit economics; 2.) Grow the core business by significantly investing in
business development capabilities to strengthen existing verticals and explore tangential healthcare
verticals; 3.) Launch a branded AI platform using a buy/build/partner strategy to acquire a portfolio of
AI-centric call center solutions.
