Giorgetti Group, a leading Italian company in high-end furniture and design led by CEO Giovanni del Vecchio, has been acquired by a consortium of investors headed by Solida Capital, including Alsara Investment Group and Vivium, from the Progressio SGR fund, which had held the company since 2015.
The new ownership structure brings together entrepreneurs and investors who share a common vision and passion for design, craftsmanship, and luxury, with the goal of ensuring continuity with the strategy pursued in recent years and further accelerating the brand’s international growth. The management team has been confirmed in full and is now joined on the Board of Directors by representatives of Alsara Investment Group, Solida Capital, and Vivium.
