GKCF acted as the exclusive financial advisor to the management and shareholder of Priori Zavarovanje in the transaction process.
The acquisition of Priori Zavarovanje represents a continuation of Acrisure’s dynamic M&A strategy, marking its entry into the Slovenian market and strengthening its footprint in Central and Eastern Europe across 8 countries. The partnership with Acrisure and Unilink will provide Priori team with access to Acrisure’s international capabilities in corporate insurance, MGA solutions, market expertise and reinsurance brokerage — creating long-term value for clients, employees, and business partners. The founder of Priori Zavarovanje will remain in his role as CEO, ensuring continuity and local leadership.
