On July 16th 2024, the shareholders of the three companies have officialized their joint-venture via the establishment of commonly-owned vehicle.
INSIDE Group has found in Felix GIORGETTI a solid partner, capable of enriching its orders’ books and granting access to new pool of high-end clients, either private and corporate. This joint-venture also enables INSIDE Group to nest further growth capacities into a single production site of ca 5,000m² in Bissen zoning, instead of two facilities, historically based in Soleuvre (Lux) and in Gersheim (Ger).
Felix GIORGETTI has elected INSIDE Group as a partner for this joint-venture in order to leverage its rare capabilities/know-how in designing and manufacturing of premium interior fitting while eyeing cross-selling opportunities in residential construction/ office refurbishment. This acquisition also allows Felix GIORGETTI to internalize production, traditionally outsourced to sub-contractors of interior fitting in the perspective of improving work planning and profit margin.
This joint-venture also allows both parties to leverage a pool of skilled employees and cutting-out tool-machines (reputed unique within a 150km radius), previously exploited by LIGNATECH wood joinery.
