Tenzing Partners announces the sale of ITIX S.A., parent company of Luxcaddy, Luxembourg’s leading grocery delivery platform. Founded in 2007, Luxcaddy has over 50,000 users and handles around 65,000 deliveries a year. Romain Pütz is a Luxembourg entrepreneur active in the retail and petrol station sectors.
Under the terms of the agreement, the sale of Luxcaddy will take place in several stages. The historical founders, Georges Kraft and Jacques Lorang, will remain active during a transitional phase, to ensure the handover to the new owner, Romain Pütz.
